Privacy policy

We collect three categories of data:

• Account data — name, email, password hash, billing details (handled by Stripe).
• Workspace data — URLs you scan, brand names you add, optimizations we draft, your responses to those drafts.
• Usage data — which pages you visit inside the dashboard, when, from which device. We use this to improve the product. We do not sell it.

We don't collect customer-of-customer data. The tracking pixel at px.iseen.ai/p.js reads only the referrer header to detect AI-engine traffic. It does not set cookies, does not read PII, and does not fingerprint visitors.

We do not train models on your workspace data. We do not share workspace data with AI engines beyond the query string of the templates we run.

Account data is kept for the life of the account, plus 90 days after deletion to support audit trails and accidental restores. Workspace data is kept for the life of the subscription, plus 30 days after cancellation. Usage telemetry is aggregated and anonymized after 18 months.

Wherever you live, you can:

• Request a copy of your data — export from Settings → Workspace → Export, or email us.
• Request deletion — Settings → Workspace → Disconnect runs a 30-day grace, then a hard delete.
• Object to processing — contact us; we'll suspend processing while we review.

GDPR and CCPA rights apply in addition to the above. For DPAs and data residency requests on Enterprise, contact security@iseen.ai.

We use the following sub-processors. Each is bound by a DPA:

• Stripe — billing and payment processing.
• Postmark — transactional email delivery.
• Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection.
• AWS — primary hosting, US-East. EU residency available on Enterprise.
