Hit "Start free trial" on the homepage, paste your URL, and the 5-step wizard walks you through the rest in about three minutes. Your first scan kicks off on step 5 and you'll land on the dashboard with results in roughly 90 seconds.

Already onboarded? The Monday digest hits your inbox at 9 am local time. Open the dashboard and you'll see the same shape — score, delta, three wins, three to five actions.

Each scan runs your bucket's query templates (12–48 depending on tier) across 5 engines: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Mode. We capture the full completion, parse citations, score sentiment, and feed it back into your visibility score.

Citation positions are normalized — #1 means cited at the top of the answer; #3 means cited but further down. "Not cited" means we couldn't find your brand anywhere in the response.

Every Monday we draft prioritized changes to your product descriptions, blog posts, GBP profile, or Wikipedia stub. Each draft has a predicted lift in score points and (where applicable) the exact diff we'd push.

Nothing pushes automatically. You review each draft, edit it if needed, and approve. There is no "auto-push everything" toggle in v1 and we have no plans to add one.

Manage payment method, invoices, and plan changes from Settings → Billing. We use Stripe's hosted billing portal for these flows.

Cancel any time. We prorate the unused days back to your card. Your scan history stays readable for 30 days after cancellation, then it's deleted.
